At RRR Wooden Toys, every order is securely packed in eco-friendly protective packaging to ensure safe transit across India.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Dispatch Time: Standard in-stock orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding national and public holidays).

  • Handmade Batches: During festive seasons or for specialized artisanal batches, dispatch may take 3 to 4 business days. Any delays will be communicated directly via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata): Usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Towns: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.

  • North-East & Remote Regions: May take 7 to 10 business days.

3. Tracking Your Consignment

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated email, SMS, and WhatsApp alert containing your courier service name, Tracking ID / Air Waybill (AWB) number, and live tracking link.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India for orders up to ₹5,000.

  • To prevent unauthorized orders, our team or automated WhatsApp system may contact you to verify your delivery address before dispatch.

  • Please ensure exact cash or UPI payment is ready at the time of delivery.

5. Damaged Packages in Transit

If you notice that the shipping box is crushed, punctured, or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept delivery if the outer seal is broken.

  2. If accepted, photograph the unopened parcel from multiple angles before unpacking.

  3. Notify our support desk within 48 hours at support@rrrwoodentoys.com with order details and photos for an immediate replacement.
