Welcome to RRR Wooden Toys (the "Website", "Store", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of our handcrafted wooden toys and lifestyle goods. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have given consent for your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

2. Handcrafted Variations & Product Accuracy
Our toys are individually handcrafted from natural timber (including neem, ivory, and haldu woods) and finished with organic beeswax and vegetable dyes.

Natural wood grain variations, subtle color shifts, wood knots, and minor surface markings are inherent to handcrafted timber products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

While we make every effort to display product dimensions, weights, and colors accurately, slight variations may exist due to screen calibration and handmade production processes.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable 12% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under HSN code 9503.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders placed at an incorrect price due to technical typographical errors.

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways.

4. Promotional Codes & Vouchers
Discount coupons (e.g., WELCOME10) and bounceback vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.

Vouchers carry no cash redemption value and must be redeemed before their designated expiry date on qualifying cart minimums (e.g., orders above ₹999).

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including brand logos, images, product copy, graphics, and designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of RRR Wooden Toys and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
